Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of accounts with proactive engagement to drive customer value and adoption.
  • Develop and build territory strategy plans to drive adoption, utilization, and customer sentiment.
  • Manage the renewal, expansion, and cross-sell attachment of current customers.
  • Partner with customers to realize value and business process optimization.
  • Troubleshoot issues independently and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Engage with operations teams and multi-thread within accounts to reach decision makers.
  • Support onboarding and implementation processes.
  • Identify risks to client health and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Forecast renewals and expansion pipeline with high accuracy.
  • Prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
