Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of accounts with proactive engagement to drive customer value and adoption.
- Develop and build territory strategy plans to drive adoption, utilization, and customer sentiment.
- Manage the renewal, expansion, and cross-sell attachment of current customers.
- Partner with customers to realize value and business process optimization.
- Troubleshoot issues independently and collaborate with technical teams.
- Engage with operations teams and multi-thread within accounts to reach decision makers.
- Support onboarding and implementation processes.
- Identify risks to client health and provide mitigation strategies.
- Forecast renewals and expansion pipeline with high accuracy.
- Prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
