Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, business, or marketing
  • 3–7 years in account management, business development, or client-facing roles in CDMO, pharmaceutical, or biotech
  • Strong understanding of oral solid dose (OSD) drug development and commercial manufacturing
  • Working knowledge of GMP requirements and regulatory expectations
  • Experience with tech transfer, validation, and commercial supply operations
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and long-cycle commercial relationships
  • Experience negotiating term sheets, pricing, and commercial supply agreements
  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting and revenue planning
  • Experience with CRM systems and forecasting tools

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new commercial manufacturing opportunities for oral solid drug products
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects
  • Lead the development and negotiation of term sheets and commercial supply agreements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts
  • Guide clients through the commercial manufacturing lifecycle from onboarding through launch and supply
  • Collaborate with internal technical, quality, and legal teams to ensure project execution
  • Monitor project progress and drive timely resolution of risks
  • Manage renewals, amendments, and supply agreements
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and revenue forecasting
