Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, business, or marketing
- 3–7 years in account management, business development, or client-facing roles in CDMO, pharmaceutical, or biotech
- Strong understanding of oral solid dose (OSD) drug development and commercial manufacturing
- Working knowledge of GMP requirements and regulatory expectations
- Experience with tech transfer, validation, and commercial supply operations
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts and long-cycle commercial relationships
- Experience negotiating term sheets, pricing, and commercial supply agreements
- Strong financial acumen, including forecasting and revenue planning
- Experience with CRM systems and forecasting tools
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new commercial manufacturing opportunities for oral solid drug products
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects
- Lead the development and negotiation of term sheets and commercial supply agreements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts
- Guide clients through the commercial manufacturing lifecycle from onboarding through launch and supply
- Collaborate with internal technical, quality, and legal teams to ensure project execution
- Monitor project progress and drive timely resolution of risks
- Manage renewals, amendments, and supply agreements
- Maintain accurate CRM records and revenue forecasting
