Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of direct experience in a Professional Services firm.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for non-financial executives.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial planning systems (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Hyperion).
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and contract-based ERPs (e.g., Unanet, Deltek, Netsuite).
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes.
- Develop and manage comprehensive financial models for forecasting revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Monitor performance against the annual budget and analyze key operational metrics.
- Provide financial due diligence for strategic investments and major initiatives.
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to program and practice leaders regarding P&Ls and pricing.
- Oversee monthly contract invoicing processes and revenue recognition compliance.
- Lead the company pricing function in partnership with Business Development and Delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team.
- Streamline reporting and planning processes using BI and ERP tools.
