Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of direct experience in a Professional Services firm.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for non-financial executives.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial planning systems (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Hyperion).
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and contract-based ERPs (e.g., Unanet, Deltek, Netsuite).
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range strategic planning processes.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive financial models for forecasting revenues, expenses, and profitability.
  • Monitor performance against the annual budget and analyze key operational metrics.
  • Provide financial due diligence for strategic investments and major initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted financial advisor to program and practice leaders regarding P&Ls and pricing.
  • Oversee monthly contract invoicing processes and revenue recognition compliance.
  • Lead the company pricing function in partnership with Business Development and Delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team.
  • Streamline reporting and planning processes using BI and ERP tools.
