Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong financial awareness and diligence, including risk mitigation
- Keen business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to partner with business areas and at the Senior Executive level
- Ability to think tactically, strategically and creatively
- Ability to understand financial drivers and outcomes
- Ability to work with large amounts of data
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the financial planning processes, including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analysis to senior management.
- Utilize financial planning tools to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Work closely with departments such as Finance, HR, Operations and IT.
- Analyze business performance metrics and KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve planning and reporting.
