Requirements

  • 7-10 years of full-cycle enterprise software sales experience.
  • Track record of closing complex, six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Experience selling into industrial, engineering, or process-industry organizations.
  • Disciplined end-to-end sales process management.
  • Experience engaging senior executives and technical decision-makers.
  • Ability to navigate long, complex procurement cycles and buying committees.
  • Strong pipeline management and CRM hygiene.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of ownership and bias toward action.
  • Willingness to travel 25–40%.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a robust enterprise pipeline via outbound prospecting, networking, and industry events.
  • Run full-cycle enterprise sales from discovery to signed contract.
  • Sell into VP- and C-level stakeholders at industrial companies.
  • Navigate complex procurement environments and multi-stakeholder evaluations.
  • Provide market feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Support government-facing and grant-funded opportunities.
  • Help iterate on sales playbook, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
