Requirements
- 7-10 years of full-cycle enterprise software sales experience.
- Track record of closing complex, six- and seven-figure deals.
- Experience selling into industrial, engineering, or process-industry organizations.
- Disciplined end-to-end sales process management.
- Experience engaging senior executives and technical decision-makers.
- Ability to navigate long, complex procurement cycles and buying committees.
- Strong pipeline management and CRM hygiene.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of ownership and bias toward action.
- Willingness to travel 25–40%.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a robust enterprise pipeline via outbound prospecting, networking, and industry events.
- Run full-cycle enterprise sales from discovery to signed contract.
- Sell into VP- and C-level stakeholders at industrial companies.
- Navigate complex procurement environments and multi-stakeholder evaluations.
- Provide market feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Support government-facing and grant-funded opportunities.
- Help iterate on sales playbook, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
