- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager
- Expertise in B2B software solutions sales
- Experience in print industry or on-premises-to-cloud transformation projects
- Fluent in Dutch
- Proficient in English
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel frequently in Benelux and to Czech Republic
Responsibilities
- Create and execute regional sales strategy for Benelux
- Meet sales and business growth targets
- Define Go-To-Market strategy and business plan
- Build and develop new channel partners
- Understand partner and customer needs for technical solutioning
- Provide sales, pre-sales, and post-sales support
- Expand Y Soft footprint in the SMB segment
- Lead partner meetings and business discussions
