- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with cold outreach and appointment setting.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Automotive industry knowledge or dealership sales experience is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
- Identify and qualify dealerships, automotive businesses, and fleet management prospects.
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Research target accounts and identify decision-makers within automotive companies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to lead generation and appointments booked.
- Stay updated on automotive market trends and customer needs.
