Responsibilities
- Creates and manages product strategies, roadmaps, and product specifications for all payments specific product suites.
- Ensures product features and processes align with applicable financial compliance and risk management standards.
- Creates and validates user story feature acceptance criteria.
- Collaborates with business leads, partner operations, architecture, and engineering to assess product features.
- Leads product discovery on new product offerings and identifies potential new lending products.
- Collaborates with product marketing and sales to develop product collateral, presentations, and training.
- Develops and/or implements database recovery plans and procedures.
