Requirements
- 5+ years as a Product or Project Manager in a fast-paced digital or tech-driven company.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful results.
- Deep understanding of modern product and project management practices.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-informed decision making.
- Excellent communication with strong stakeholder engagement and alignment skills.
- Proven records in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation.
- Experience in building automations to optimize processes and manual tasks.
- Proficiency in building no-code/low-code prototypes.
- Previous BA experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to define and communicate the vision for new solutions and tools.
- Transform strategic goals into actionable product solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to implementation.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Re-engineer processes and implement new, effective solutions.
- Collaborate with analysts, designers, and developers to get measurable outcomes.
