Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a junior management role, preferably within a fast-paced fintech, tech startup, or banking environment.

Responsibilities
- Track and drive key initiatives across the product roadmap and wider organisation.
- Identify bottlenecks in our cross-functional workflows.
- Manage smaller-scale projects or workstreams within larger product launches.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track product, project and operational KPIs.
- Maintain the source of truth for project statuses and strategic playbooks.
- Stay curious about Project Management methodologies (Agile, Lean, etc.) and suggest ways to adapt them to Xapo’s unique, fully remote, and fast-paced environment.
