Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a Marketing/PR agency, with at least 2 years in a Project Management role.
A proven track record in Account Management or Client Services is mandatory.
Expert proficiency in Project Management software and a solid understanding of the digital marketing/PR landscape.
Exceptional verbal and written English skills (C-level professional standard).
Ability to remain calm under pressure and find creative solutions when project timelines shift.
Familiarity with the Fintech or Trading sector is a significant advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Oversee the end-to-end execution of PR campaigns, digital marketing projects, and branding initiatives using tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.
Act as a senior point of contact for international clients, translating their business needs into actionable project roadmaps.
Coordinate with internal creative, content, and media teams to balance workloads and ensure project milestones are met.
Manage project scopes to prevent "creep," track budgets, and ensure profitability across all managed accounts.
Lead regular status meetings, manage expectations during high-pressure campaign launches, and provide transparent reporting on project health.
Identify bottlenecks in the agency’s workflow and implement systems to improve delivery speed and quality.
