Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in IT/IS Project Management, Security Project Management, Technology Project Management, or a similar role.
  • Have experience delivering technology or security initiatives across multiple technical teams.
  • Have experience working with Information Security and Engineering organisations.
  • Have strong experience with Jira-based task and backlog management.
  • Have experience working across multiple Jira projects, workflows, or systems.
  • Have experience producing consolidated reporting, KPIs, and trend analysis from task-level data.
  • Have strong project management skills covering scope, priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • Have experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Have excellent written and spoken English.
  • Vulnerability remediation programme management experience is advantageous.
  • Experience coordinating Red Team and Blue Team activities is advantageous.
  • Experience consolidating data from multiple Jira instances or automating Jira reporting is advantageous.
  • AWS or cloud security experience is advantageous.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, Security+, Agile, or Scrum certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Lead internal IT initiatives from requirements and planning through implementation, rollout, and operational handover.
  • Define scope, milestones, ownership, dependencies, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate delivery across IT, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and business teams.
  • Manage risks, blockers, priorities, and cross-team dependencies, and drive decisions through to completion.
  • Coordinate security initiatives and track vulnerability remediation through validation and closure.
  • Follow up on actions from penetration testing, Red Team and Blue Team activities, security reviews, incidents, and improvement programmes.
  • Maintain consolidated visibility of work across multiple Jira systems, projects, teams, and workflows.
  • Monitor backlog, aging, remediation progress, overdue work, throughput, and other delivery metrics.
  • Analyse task data for trends, bottlenecks, recurring issues, and deteriorating performance; automate reporting where practical.
  • Provide management reporting on progress, trends, risks, exceptions, and decisions required.
