Requirements

  • Have 6+ years of technical project or program management experience.
  • Bring 2–5 years of exposure to security, cloud, or infrastructure environments; this is preferred.
  • Have direct accountability for programs spanning multiple related engineering teams.
  • Demonstrate expert-level proficiency with PgM/PM tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Have experience shipping products, including GA achievements, launch readiness, and post-launch operations.
  • Bring working familiarity with cloud security posture management, Kubernetes runtime security, security data pipelines/SIEM, and security automation/SOAR.
  • Be able to interpret system build documents and ask informed questions about distributed-system latency, efficiency, cost, and failure modes.
  • Be familiar with how ML- or LLM-integrated products are built and evaluated.
  • Have a proven history of developing lasting program frameworks and strong written communication abilities.
  • A computer science degree or comparable industry background is a plus.
  • Prior engineering experience or comfort reading Python, Go, or Java code is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams across product engineering, legal, and enterprise customer commitments.
  • Drive cloud environment security program execution, including control rollout, remediation SLAs, and audit readiness.
  • Build intake, prioritization, and launch-readiness mechanisms.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and program management collaborators to evaluate requirements, lead launches, and coordinate tooling deprecation.
  • Review architecture and build documents and post-incident debriefs, ask informed questions, and track action items.
  • Maintain program dashboards and status reports, including Red/Amber/Green indicators, for senior leadership and collaborators.
  • Set regular communication and progress-review cadences, including status updates and intake check-ins.
  • Lead scrum ceremonies and establish or optimize team processes.
