Requirements
- Have 2 or more years of experience as a project manager or in a similar role in a software or digital product environment.
- Bring good technical literacy and be comfortable discussing systems, technical trade-offs and dependencies with engineers.
- Have experience turning business and product needs into clear requirements and specifications.
- Use a structured approach to managing dependencies, risks, open questions and decisions.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in writing.
- Be confident working across business, product and engineering teams.
- Be comfortable managing several workstreams at once.
- Have experience using Linear or a similar issue-tracking tool such as Jira.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate work across product workstreams and keep business, product and delivery teams aligned.
- Own and coordinate requirements and specifications, clarifying what has been agreed and who or what it affects.
- Lead discovery and project readiness before work moves into delivery.
- Manage dependencies across teams and sequence work.
- Track open questions and record decisions.
- Identify and manage project and delivery risks, escalating them early.
- Keep Linear issues and the backlog organised and up to date.
- Report project status to individual teams, leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Build and maintain project trackers showing work in progress across the business.
- Organise regular check-ins and stand-ups with project stakeholders.
