Requirements

  • At least 5 years managing technical or software implementation projects.
  • Track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects on time and within budget as the primary delivery owner.
  • Ability to read a solution design and understand integrations and data flows.
  • Ability to lead requirements and discovery sessions and translate findings into clear, documented business requirements.
  • Command of project management fundamentals, including planning, estimation, dependency management, risk and issue tracking, and change control.
  • Ability to manage scope, timelines, and difficult conversations while maintaining client relationships.
  • Comfort presenting to senior and executive audiences.
  • Preferred: experience in enterprise SaaS, professional services, or client-facing delivery.
  • Preferred: an earlier technical role in engineering, solution architecture, or implementation consulting.
  • Preferred: experience with configurable enterprise platforms or workflow and automation software.
  • Preferred: fluency in agile and traditional delivery methods; experience in a regulated or risk-sensitive domain; PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, or equivalent certification; or exposure to AI-assisted or modern delivery tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise implementation delivery from kickoff through go-live and stabilization, managing scope, timeline, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain project plans with phases, milestones, dependencies, and owners, making trade-offs visible as circumstances change.
  • Lead discovery workshops and business requirements sessions, document requirements, manage sign-off, and maintain traceability through design, build, and testing.
  • Coordinate solution architects, engineers, QA, and client stakeholders; remove blockers and resolve conflicts.
  • Serve as the client's primary contact, leading status meetings, steering committee updates, and escalations.
  • Manage scope changes, risks, and issues, documenting and quantifying changes and maintaining mitigation plans.
  • Understand architecture, integrations, and configuration decisions to challenge estimates and engage credibly with engineers and technical buyers.
  • Produce status reports and executive updates, and feed lessons learned into delivery methodology.
