Job Details

Hold stakeholders accountable and challenge customers when required.

Push back professionally on scope creep or unrealistic timelines.
Bring technical curiosity and an appetite for AI and automation.
Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, or Power Apps is a plus.
Experience building workflow automations and productivity improvements is a plus.

Create and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and delivery documentation.
Manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
Lead project governance routines, including weekly reviews, status meetings, and steering committees.
Monitor project health and identify risks, issues, and blockers proactively.
Build relationships with customer stakeholders and coordinate between customers and ScienceLogic delivery teams.
Lead status calls, executive reviews, and steering committees for technical, operational, and executive audiences.
Align project activities with customer business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Use AI, Copilot, Power Automate, and workflow orchestration to automate reporting, RAID management, action tracking, resource planning, and customer communications.
Own project risks, issues, and escalations through resolution, coordinating cross-functional responses.
Coordinate resource requirements, forecasting, capacity planning, and consultant assignments across active engagements.
