Requirements
- 6–8 years of project management experience, ideally overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS implementations.
- Deep understanding of revenue management and hotel commercial operations.
- Experience orchestrating large, complex project portfolios at a strategic level.
- Strong fluency with a project management platform (monday.com preferred).
- Ability to build and maintain portfolio-level visibility across concurrent, multi-property projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level, sometimes difficult, conversations with senior client stakeholders.
- AI-forward working style, using AI to accelerate planning, documentation, and risk analysis.
- Ability to work independently across overlapping time zones.
- Schedule flexibility to overlap US West Coast working hours.
- Experience in hospitality technology platforms like PMS or CRS preferred.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate strategic project delivery across overlapping, multi-property implementation and migration engagements.
- Serve as the senior point of accountability for enterprise customer engagements from kickoff through go-live.
- Own executive client relationships and navigate difficult conversations with senior hotel leadership.
- Anticipate, document, and escalate project risks to ensure leadership visibility and governance.
- Architect cross-timezone coverage strategy and provide the senior orchestration layer for global delivery.
- Mentor and develop project management capability across regional teams to scale best practices.
