Requirements
- 5+ years managing technical or software implementation projects, ideally in enterprise SaaS or professional services.
- Track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget as the primary delivery owner.
- Technical fluency to read solution designs, understand integrations, and discuss data flows.
- Proven ability to run requirements and discovery sessions and translate them into documented business requirements.
- Solid command of project management fundamentals including planning, estimation, dependency management, and risk tracking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience managing senior and executive audiences.
- Ability to manage scope, timelines, and difficult conversations professionally.
- Organized, calm under pressure, and capable of over-communicating.
- Experience in a regulated or risk-sensitive domain is preferred.
- Familiarity with both agile and traditional delivery methodologies is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PSM are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Run enterprise implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization, accountable for scope, timeline, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Break down complex, ambiguous requirements into a clear project plan with phases, milestones, dependencies, and owners.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to surface client needs, document requirements in a structured format, and manage sign-off.
- Coordinate solution architects, engineers, QA, and client stakeholders toward a shared outcome, removing blockers and resolving conflicts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading status meetings, steering committee updates, and managing escalations.
- Hold the line on scope creep, documenting and quantifying changes before work starts, and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Understand architecture, integrations, and configuration decisions to challenge estimates and speak credibly with technical stakeholders.
