Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in delivery/project management (8+ years preferred).
- Documented experience in independently managing client relationships and delivery ownership.
- Very good knowledge of software development processes and the SDLC lifecycle.
- Practical knowledge of AWS and basic cloud services.
- Understanding of basic AI models, their applications, and the difference between training and inference.
- Knowledge of local vs. cloud inference and basic AI/ML hardware trends (GPU/NPU).
- Knowledge of modern LLM and AI Agent usage in software development processes.
- Very good command of English (C1/C2) for technical and management-level communication.
- Proficiency in Polish (C2).
- Knowledge of administrative project processes (contracts, orders, invoices, risk registers).
- Availability for occasional business travel.
- Experience working with Asian clients/partners (nice-to-have).
- Practical knowledge of modern LLM use cases (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Independently lead delivery relationships with international clients and take ownership of project outcomes.
- Manage technical implementation of foreign partner solutions for the Polish market, including verification, implementation, and launch stages.
- Manage a portfolio of 3-5 related technological projects for US media/streaming clients.
- Coordinate the work of small, autonomous technical teams (usually 1-3 people).
- Verify technical assumptions and manage scope, dependencies, risks, and estimation completeness.
- Monitor budgets, scope, and schedules to identify risks to project profitability early.
- Plan and finalize tasks across the entire delivery cycle.
- Collaborate with technical, business, and leadership teams on project decisions.
- Manage project risk and maintain basic project documentation.
- Manage administrative processes including contracts, orders, invoices, and risk registers.
- Organize team work pragmatically without imposing unnecessary ceremonies.
- Utilize AI tools and agents for daily work organization and software development.
