Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex, multi-workstream technology programmes.
- Strong background as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Experience working with both Data Engineering and Software Development/UI teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Jira, including sprint management, dashboards, reporting, dependency tracking, and release management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to drive delivery in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, including Business, Data, UI, Analytics, and Technology teams.
- Manage project execution by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Own Jira governance, ensuring accurate management of user stories, defects, sprint progress, dependencies, and releases.
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Development, and UI teams to coordinate requirements, testing, deployments, and post-release support.
- Prepare executive-level reporting, including project status updates, RAID logs, milestone tracking, and Steering Committee materials.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, resolve blockers, and drive accountability across all project stakeholders.
