Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on IT tools.
- In-depth knowledge of migration project management.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in JIRA.
- Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence.
- Advanced level of English (B2).
- Advanced level of Spanish (B2).
- Experience with DCX projects is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of the DCX ecosystem from an IT perspective.
- Manage and align global and local stakeholders across IT and business functions.
- Drive standardization and harmonization across all markets toward a single global solution and operating model.
- Coordinate the implementation of new global standards and migration to the latest version.
- Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables.
- Ensure successful deployment and adoption while minimizing business disruption.
