Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management supporting infrastructure, construction, or engineering environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking, work breakdown, and dashboards.
- Proven experience building and maintaining work breakdown structures and milestone plans.
- Experience coordinating complex initiatives involving external vendors, contractors, and multiple parallel workstreams.
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery models and experience facilitating team ceremonies.
- Ability to interpret technical infrastructure documentation including floor plans, network diagrams, and patch schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management at all levels.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Ability to start the workday between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM CET/CEST.
- Experience with portfolio management tools like BigPicture or Advanced Roadmaps is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction blueprints or AutoCAD drawings is a plus.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery tracking for Platform Engineering and infrastructure workstreams supporting data center sites.
- Synchronize dependencies across internal engineering teams, network equipment, ISP providers, and vendors.
- Build and maintain milestone plans and work breakdown structures from design through commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate design reviews and resolve technical gaps with engineering teams and external partners.
- Manage cross-team handoffs, project risks, scope changes, and vendor escalations.
- Maintain project tracking, status, and documentation in Jira and project management systems.
- Provide status, risk, and critical-path updates to engineering leadership and PPMO stakeholders.
