Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in a SaaS company focusing on platform, infrastructure, API, or internal tooling.
- Experience working directly with engineers, internal teams, or external developers as primary customers.
- Solid understanding of APIs and integrations with experience scoping work with engineers.
- Working knowledge of MCP and current AI trends with an AI-first approach to research and documentation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to align multiple stakeholders and product areas.
- Experience in agile environments, specifically with refinement, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Proven ability to leverage data insights to uncover opportunities and drive improvements.
- Ability to own the end-to-end idea-to-product process as a self-directed team member.
- Familiarity with modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the technical lead to drive the strategy and roadmap for the platform.
- Manage initiatives for the public API, developer experience, observability, and AI interfaces.
- Collaborate with SRE teams on performance, scalability, and shared foundation maintenance.
- Define, analyze, and report on key product metrics and progress.
- Lead product discovery and delivery processes, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- Work with internal teams to ensure product safety, deliverability, and platform reliability.
