Requirements
- 4-7 years of relevant product experience.
- At least 2-3 years owning product discovery and delivery for software products.
- Technical fluency to discuss architecture and implementation with engineering teams.
- Experience understanding APIs and data flows.
- Ability to write precise requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Strong interviewing and synthesis skills to translate user feedback into actionable insights.
- Ability to collaborate across time zones and communicate clearly in English.
- Must be based in Poland.
- Availability for overlap with US East Coast working hours.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct product discovery through interviews with creators, users, and stakeholders.
- Synthesize user feedback, usage signals, and market research into actionable problem statements and priorities.
- Partner with design and engineering to define MVPs, user journeys, and trade-offs.
- Translate decisions into design briefs, user stories, and technical workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering on APIs, data flows, AI/media capabilities, and product reliability.
- Test releases with users and analyze metrics to improve onboarding, engagement, and retention.
