Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, technical delivery, or engineering leadership.
- Proven experience leading complex technology programs involving multiple engineering teams.
- Strong technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, and databases.
- Practical understanding of cloud platforms, specifically AWS and GCP.
- Experience participating in or leading cloud migration programs.
- Ability to break down high-level programs into detailed technical workstreams and milestones.
- Experience coordinating testing, parallel runs, and production cutover activities.
- Strong skills in risk management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
- Upper-intermediate (C1) English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical program across multiple engineering teams.
- Drive execution of product integration including technical dependencies and milestones.
- Lead planning and coordination for AWS-to-GCP cloud migration including production cutover.
- Translate high-level initiatives into detailed workstreams and execution plans.
- Work with engineering teams to unblock technical issues related to architecture, APIs, and cloud services.
- Establish processes for roadmap tracking, risk management, and issue escalation.
- Prepare and distribute weekly program status reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate engineering, testing, data, and product activities across distributed teams.
