Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, technical delivery, or engineering leadership.
- Proven experience leading complex technology programs with multiple engineering teams and technical dependencies.
- Strong technical understanding of software systems, architecture, components, and API integrations.
- Practical understanding of cloud platforms, specifically AWS and GCP service mapping.
- Experience leading cloud migration programs, with AWS-to-GCP migration experience highly preferred.
- Ability to decompose high-level programs into detailed technical milestones and execution plans.
- Experience coordinating testing, release activities, and production readiness.
- Strong ownership, risk management, issue escalation, and executive reporting capabilities.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (C1).
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical program across MSCI, First Street, and AgileEngine engineering teams.
- Drive execution of the First Street product integration, including technical dependencies, testing, and delivery milestones.
- Manage planning and coordination for the AWS-to-GCP cloud migration, including data reconciliation and production cutover.
- Translate high-level initiatives into detailed workstreams, dependencies, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and technical leads to unblock technical issues related to architecture, APIs, and cloud services.
- Establish processes for roadmap tracking, risk management, and issue escalation.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration across geographically distributed teams.
