Requirements
- 5+ years in IT services management, combining hands-on delivery with strategic client ownership.
- Fluent German (C1/C2) is a must.
- Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken).
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with T&M, Fixed Price, and Managed Services engagement models.
- Awareness of modern tech stacks, cloud-native environments, and AI-driven delivery tooling.
- Experience partnering with Sales and Head-level leadership.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and ability to manage stakeholders from technical teams to C-level executives.
Responsibilities
- Manage hands-on delivery of key software projects, ensuring quality, scope control, and Agile best practices.
- Oversee the health and profitability of an assigned client portfolio.
- Build trust-based relationships with international clients and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Partner with Sales to support expansion plans, upsell/cross-sell, and late-stage deal pipelines.
- Introduce AI-assisted delivery practices, metrics, and automation to boost margins.
- Serve as the primary escalation point, implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate engineering leads and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence.
