Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Solution Lead, or similar role with a focus on AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, AI assistants, and automation use cases.
- Practical, hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted engineering tools and agentic delivery approaches.
- In-depth knowledge of technology platforms and systems integration.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
Responsibilities
- Participate in high-level client discussions to consult on practical AI matters and assist in project execution.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across diverse business and technology domains.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, utilizing hands-on technical experience for production-ready deployments.
- Advise teams on professional certifications and introduce AI tools to optimize employee workflows and improve efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, methodologies, and educational technologies to integrate innovations into existing practices.
