Requirements
- Very good English communication skills (min. B2, C1 preferred).
- Proven technical background (e.g., developer, system engineer, cloud admin, business analyst).
- Documented experience in management and project roles (e.g., Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Team Lead, Program Manager) in software houses or technology consulting.
- Experience working directly with external clients on complex enterprise projects.
- Practical knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and modern system architectures.
- Knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding of data and AI projects (Machine Learning, ML models, Python) for risk assessment and technical discussion.
- Strong ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge engineering and business perspectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage project delivery across Software Development and R&D/PoC units.
- Build collaborative relationships with enterprise clients, translating technical decisions into business value.
- Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements to production and maintenance.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project and technical risks.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficiency within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Monitor budget, scope, schedule, and key project milestones.
- Implement and improve delivery standards, governance, and organizational best practices.
