Requirements
- Proven experience taking a product from an undefined, ambiguous starting point to a successful launch.
- Strong product craft: ability to write, sketch, and prototype to iterate on product definitions.
- Deep understanding of AI product development, focusing on context and data flow rather than just model performance.
- Expertise in authoring coherence, unifying disparate features and constraints into an intentional product.
- Demonstrated ability to make difficult trade-off decisions, including sunsetting features that do not earn their place.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with experience producing specs and decision notes that travel well across global organizations.
- Capacity to work effectively within significant constraints (platforms, regulations, enterprise partners).
- Adaptability in product methodology, with the ability to select the right approach for discovery, delivery, and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Own the coaching experience by defining user-first behavior models and decision logic.
- Produce clear, actionable product definitions that teams in multiple time zones can build against independently.
- Manage technical interface contracts and schemas across organizational boundaries.
- Define and evaluate quality metrics for coaching helpfulness, personalization, and user support.
- Lead release decision-making, determining feature scope and acceptable failure thresholds.
- Apply deep product judgment to resolve complex AI coaching timing and behavioral challenges.
