- Strong customer discovery skills and ability to uncover underlying user needs.
- Strong analytical thinking to combine qualitative and quantitative evidence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with highly technical engineering teams.
- Bias toward experimentation and learning over large upfront plans.
- Comfort making decisions with imperfect information.
- Hands-on experience using modern AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Identify problems worth solving by exploring customer needs, usage data, technology shifts, and market signals.
- Turn ambiguity into product direction by structuring opportunities into clear problems, hypotheses, and experiments.
- Lead 0→1 product development from initial insight through validation and launch.
- Validate solutions quickly to ensure meaningful value before scaling or pivoting.
- Make hard prioritization decisions on what to build and what to deprioritize.
- Run customer discovery, observe workflows, and translate motivations into broader product problems.
- Partner deeply with engineering and design to explore technical possibilities and trade-offs.
- Define and measure success metrics to guide iterative product decisions.
- Drive long-term product adoption and value realization beyond initial launches.
