Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business; MBA or equivalent P&L experience preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or business development in industrial technology or adjacent markets.
- Proven track record in portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and roadmap creation.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, cost optimization, and margin improvement.
- Strong financial and quantitative skills for data-driven decision making.
- Fluency in German and English required.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% worldwide.
- Experience in industrial markets preferred (e.g., connectors, electromechanical components, automation).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global portfolio strategy to drive revenue and margin growth.
- Identify breakthrough opportunities including new applications, technologies, and M&A chances.
- Translate market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes into actionable strategies.
- Build and maintain product and technology roadmaps in collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and Operations.
- Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) and application insight programs to inform investment decisions.
- Support M&A activities including target analysis, valuation, and post-merger integration.
- Own P&L for global product lines, managing pricing strategy, margin optimization, and operative performance.
