Requirements
- Proven track record of project delivery.
- At least 5 years of experience in a project management role.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically about product, technical, and cross-functional issues.
- Excellent client-facing and internal verbal and written communication skills.
- High-caliber organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective communication within and between organizations and keep stakeholders informed.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress while managing changes to scope, schedule, and cost.
- Define project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility.
- Perform project risk assessments regarding budget, schedule, and technology.
- Understand, assess, and embed appropriate delivery methodologies.
- Utilize Program Management best practices throughout the project duration.
- Track project performance to analyze completion of short and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust constraints based on financial analysis.
