Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination or project management support role.
  • Google Suite and standard Microsoft Office software proficiency.
  • Understanding of the English language.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong administration skills and ability to update documents regularly.
  • Ability to support multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage own workload.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to quality and detail.
  • Ability to help solve problems and support decision-making.
  • Willingness to learn and use tools such as Jira; familiarity with Atlassian tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Help coordinate project planning from concept through completion, supporting alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Support internal creative, production, and marketing teams and external vendors, and communicate agreed process updates to stakeholders.
  • Set up and maintain Jira project timelines and help keep event managers’ timelines and the event calendar up to date.
  • Support Jira use for task tracking, project planning, and issue resolution.
  • Help apply project processes consistently across stakeholders globally.
  • Support multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Assist event managers with feedback forms and competitive analysis reports, including analysis and report preparation.
  • Support post-event debriefs by capturing notes, insights, and lessons learned.
  • Help prepare data-driven reports for internal stakeholders.
