Requirements
- Have hands-on experience in e-commerce business operations or similar roles.
- Demonstrate skills in process mapping, workflow visualization, and system improvement.
- Be familiar with OKR systems and platforms, including transitioning between tools.
- Be proficient with Asana or a similar project management platform.
- Be proficient with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Bring a problem-solving approach to optimizing business operations.
- Be ready to take ownership of challenges and deliver long-term solutions.
- Have a self-employment certificate.
Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows across teams to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and communication breakdowns.
- Propose and implement solutions to streamline operations and standardize processes.
- Maintain the OKR system and lead its migration from Excel to a suitable OKR platform.
- Establish and improve communication flows, and turn managerial meeting takeaways into clear, actionable leaflets.
- Work with the COO to identify non-functional areas, develop action plans, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Investigate recurring challenges to uncover root causes and prevent future roadblocks.
