Requirements
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, systems thinking, and the ability to anticipate future trends.
- Solve complex problems with analytical rigour, commercial viability, and execution certainty.
- Navigate large datasets to solve unstructured problems independently.
- Make prioritisation and trade-off decisions based on data, business impact, and resource constraints.
- Work cross-functionally with highly technical teams, including Machine Learning and Data/Analytics Engineering.
- Connect different parts of a business, foster collaboration, and drive alignment without authority.
- Adapt to ambiguity and rapidly evolving environments, with ownership of outcomes.
- Show an interest in improving organisational efficiency, scalability, and focus.
Responsibilities
- Support the GM of Payments and leadership team in defining, tracking, and evolving Payments strategy.
- Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover insights, diagnose operational challenges, and design scalable solutions.
- Build and maintain performance views across products, squads, and initiatives, using insights to inform priorities and trade-offs.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Design teams to connect ideas with strategic business execution.
- Lead monthly business reviews, reporting, and governance materials.
- Scope new opportunities through market sizing, commercial modelling, partnership evaluation, and budget and forecast analysis.
- Improve how the organisation balances KTLO, BAU, and growth work, and support resourcing and squad setup decisions.
- Support scaling the lending book and launch operations as Borrowing products expand into new geographies.
- Lead Payments All Hands, goals processes, and strategic forums.
