Requirements
- Have 6–8+ years of relevant experience in partner marketing, ecosystem marketing, channel marketing, strategic partnerships, go-to-market, product marketing, or a closely related function.
- Demonstrate experience developing and executing joint go-to-market programs with strategic partners or customers.
- Show a track record of driving measurable partner adoption, engagement, pipeline, usage, revenue, or other business outcomes.
- Have experience working directly with external partner marketing, business development, sales, or product organizations.
- Be able to take loosely defined opportunities from idea through execution and structure ambiguous problems.
- Bring cross-functional influence and stakeholder-management experience across Sales, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, Communications, and executive teams.
- Use data to diagnose problems, prioritize opportunities, and measure results.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical and business concepts to different audiences.
- Be able to execute independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Actively use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or equivalent in day-to-day work, and demonstrate how AI has improved productivity or outcomes.
- Have experience managing external vendors and partners on fast-moving timelines.
- Be able to develop and execute programs across global markets and time zones.
- Prior experience in B2B technology, telecom, connectivity, cloud, hardware, or deep tech is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own joint go-to-market plans across strategic MNO and ecosystem partners, from opportunity identification through execution and measurement.
- Develop programs that increase partner adoption, usage, engagement, and growth.
- Work with partner marketing organizations to execute launches, campaigns, customer stories, enablement, events, and demand-generation programs.
- Build scalable partner enablement programs, frameworks, presentations, solution briefs, customer stories, and training materials.
- Use partner feedback, customer behavior, data, and market signals to identify adoption barriers and growth opportunities.
- Measure partner marketing performance and use findings to guide investment and improve programs.
- Develop and execute partner-focused campaigns and activations, including joint launches, conferences, and partner events.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, content development, analysis, personalization, campaign execution, and operational follow-through.
