Requirements
- Bring 3+ years of professional experience in Project Management, Business Process Consulting, Operational Audit, or Strategy Execution.
- Have comfort working with data structures, operational logs, and financial record-keeping concepts.
- Be able to bridge business processes and technical or data teams.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage cross-departmental friction with patience and tact.
- Be pragmatic and detail-oriented, with a strong drive to see projects through to completion.
- Have professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Big 4 firm or corporate advisory experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Translate internal organizational guidelines into clear, actionable SOPs for teams including Treasury, Finance, and Operations.
- Work with department leads to explain requirements and guide teams on proper data-recording procedures.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT to define data structures, logging fields, system snapshots, and data-retention rules.
- Monitor implementation progress across teams and conduct routine checks on adherence to guidelines.
- Maintain organized documentation for periodic internal reviews.
- Identify process gaps and unclear ownership, negotiate practical solutions across teams, and refine internal frameworks.
