Responsibilities
- Support active recruiting projects for major AI/RLHF clients
- Manage G2i pipeline, inbound applications, and testing coordination
- Conduct intro and screening meetings with developers
- Execute candidate-facing campaigns including onboarding and contract signing
- Manage multi-channel communications and triage shared inboxes
- Plan, promote, and host community events including AMAs and hackathons
- Maintain documentation, FAQs, and internal shared resources
- Create and refine operational processes
