- Systems experience, ideally Workday Benefits Portal
- Proven delivery of end-to-end benefit renewals
- Strong commercial capability and vendor management
- Track record of driving operational excellence and risk management
- Experience in FlexBens offerings
- Demonstrated people leadership experience
- Confidence partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Proficient in creating and presenting via PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills for employee messaging
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver global benefits strategy
- Lead end-to-end global insurance renewals
- Own broker and provider relationships and negotiations
- Own global benefits operating model and systems roadmap (Workday)
- Ensure financial governance and budget management
- Set global benefits communications strategy
- Design and lead Wellbeing Weeks and initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop the Global Benefits Team
- Act as senior benefits partner to leadership
