  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM

  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Oversee team attainment against collective quotas and individual sales targets
  • Maintain robust monthly and quarterly forecasting using Salesforce
  • Drive goal attainment through CRM hygiene and internal sales tools
  • Attend mid-to-large district sales meetings to support AEs
  • Identify and address performance issues through coaching plans
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of AEs
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s to review pipelines and metrics
  • Coach team members on discovery, demo, and closing techniques
  • Facilitate monthly team sessions and cross-functional syncs
  • Leverage key metrics like conversion rates and ACV to guide decisions
