Requirements
- 3-5 years of Director of Sales experience in a regional role overseeing a Select Service portfolio.
- Proven track record leading high-performing sales teams focused on revenue generation.
- Experience leading a team of 8+ salespeople in a remote environment.
- Proficiency using a CRM.
- Experience analyzing data to evaluate sales performance.
- Expertise in hiring and onboarding sales associates.
- Persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Experience working in a remote home office environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage up to 8 Regional Directors of Sales and a portfolio of 45 to 60 hotels.
- Set sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.
- Proactively lead and motivate a team of sales hunters.
- Conduct bi-weekly one-on-ones and team meetings.
- Establish relationships with key brand partners, hotel owners, and General Managers.
- Drive accountability and sales performance through effective coaching.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the VP of Sales Performance and Executive Team.
- Create remarkable client experiences and manage expectations.
- Travel for in-person meetings with clients and partners when necessary.
