Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Director of Sales experience in a regional role overseeing a Select Service portfolio.
  • Proven track record leading high-performing sales teams focused on revenue generation.
  • Experience leading a team of 8+ salespeople in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency using a CRM.
  • Experience analyzing data to evaluate sales performance.
  • Expertise in hiring and onboarding sales associates.
  • Persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a remote home office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage up to 8 Regional Directors of Sales and a portfolio of 45 to 60 hotels.
  • Set sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.
  • Proactively lead and motivate a team of sales hunters.
  • Conduct bi-weekly one-on-ones and team meetings.
  • Establish relationships with key brand partners, hotel owners, and General Managers.
  • Drive accountability and sales performance through effective coaching.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the VP of Sales Performance and Executive Team.
  • Create remarkable client experiences and manage expectations.
  • Travel for in-person meetings with clients and partners when necessary.
