Requirements
- Knowledge of US and Canadian HR regulations and compliance.
- Experience managing EOR and/or PEO.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a global and remote context.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to influence and collaborate strategically with business leaders.
- Strong foundation in HR practices and employee relations.
- Ability to work effectively in a global remote context.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop, coach, and execute impactful people initiatives.
- Deliver cyclical HR programs including performance reviews, compensation cycles, talent planning, and engagement surveys.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on change management initiatives.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, accommodations, and investigations.
- Leverage insights and data to advise on organizational health and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion Feeld’s DEIB strategy and act as an accountability partner to business leaders.
- Lead initiatives independently while partnering closely with People Team leads.
