- Experience with organizational and cultural transformation.
- Strong program management acumen.
- Experience in healthcare, tech, or high-growth/startup environments.
- Expertise in building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought and business partner to senior leaders.
- Design and execute progressive talent strategies including performance enablement and succession planning.
- Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams.
- Lead organizational design and change efforts.
- Use data and insights to identify trends and drive measurable improvements.
- Drive complex, cross-functional people initiatives end-to-end.
- Champion culture and employee experience.
- Manage overall program management for people team initiatives.
- Collaborate with People Ops and Recruiting functions.
- Address, investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
