  • Expertise in building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic thought and business partner to senior leaders.
  • Design and execute progressive talent strategies including performance enablement and succession planning.
  • Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams.
  • Lead organizational design and change efforts.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends and drive measurable improvements.
  • Drive complex, cross-functional people initiatives end-to-end.
  • Champion culture and employee experience.
  • Manage overall program management for people team initiatives.
  • Collaborate with People Ops and Recruiting functions.
  • Address, investigate and resolve employee relations issues.
