Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing hotel supplier relationships
- Direct responsibility for revenue or budget accountability (2M+ preferred)
- Strong background in the hotel industry
- Exposure to luxury hospitality environments
- Proven ability to build, pitch, and execute commercial partnership programs
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth or improving profitability
- Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and operations
- Strong analytical mindset
- Comfortable managing large-scale supplier networks
Responsibilities
- Own and grow strategic hotel supplier relationships across chain, brand, and property levels
- Identify, onboard, and develop new hotel suppliers
- Design and execute supplier engagement strategies to drive revenue and commission growth
- Develop and manage commercial initiatives including incentives and promotions
- Lead supplier business reviews and optimize partnerships against revenue targets
- Negotiate commercial agreements with hotel partners
- Collaborate with internal teams for advisor onboarding and supplier-related escalations
- Execute communication strategies to enhance supplier visibility
- Represent the organization at industry events
