Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM.
- Strong expertise in Compensation, Benefits, and/or Payroll modules.
- Proven experience owning and supporting Workday integrations.
- Advanced knowledge of business process framework, calculated fields, reporting, EIBs, and security.
- Understanding of system controls, data governance, and audit readiness.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote-first environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Google Workspace and project management tools.
- Workday certifications in Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, or Integrations are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary system owner for Workday.
- Configure and maintain business processes, eligibility rules, and workflows.
- Translate complex requirements into secure Workday solutions.
- Lead testing cycles for compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Manage governance, monitoring, and optimization of Workday integrations.
- Design advanced reports and dashboards.
- Execute mass data updates using EIBs.
- Strengthen internal controls and maintain audit-ready records.
- Drive biannual Workday release management and testing.
- Develop technical documentation and provide change management support.
