Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience in DTC.
- Experience managing $1M+ budgets.
- Deep knowledge of Demand Gen, GDA, and YouTube campaigns.
- Proven experience in high-volume creative testing.
- Expert command of bid strategies and audience strategy.
- Solid understanding of UX fundamentals.
- Highly analytical with experience in Excel, BI tools, and GA4.
- Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
Responsibilities
- Lead high-volume creative testing at scale to unlock further growth.
- Run and scale high-budget Google Ads campaigns (mid-7 figures) focusing on Demand Gen, GDA, and YouTube.
- Build and test campaign structures, bid strategies, and audience architectures.
- Monitor performance KPIs and turn data into actionable growth steps.
- Recommend UX and funnel improvements based on data.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the PPC team for knowledge sharing.
- Utilize automation/analytics solutions to increase efficiency.
