Requirements

- Experience managing advertising across multiple products, variations, and brands.
- Ability to manage 20–50 active SKUs simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of PPC influence on organic rank and keyword indexing.
- Experience with strategic campaign optimization versus operational maintenance.
- Strong commercial judgment regarding scaling, profitability, and TACoS.
- Proven experience testing and refining structures based on data.
- Analytical thinking paired with strong execution skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities independently and proactively.
- Experience staying current with Amazon advertising updates and trends.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve advanced Amazon PPC structures across multiple brands and categories.
- Own full-funnel advertising strategy including Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and video.
- Develop proactive testing strategies for keyword segmentation and campaign isolation.
- Analyze performance trends across product portfolios to identify market share opportunities.
- Lead PPC strategy for new product launches and seasonal inventory initiatives.
- Monitor paid performance impact on organic ranking for profitability.
- Refine campaign architecture and naming conventions for scalability.
- Bring new trends and best practices like AI-driven search and Rufus to the business.
- Collaborate with listing and creative teams on conversion rate optimization.
- Report on performance with clear commercial justification for actions.
