Requirements
- Total of 10 years of full cycle sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years managing or leading quantitative highly analytical products or solutions
- Direct experience selling technical SaaS or CPaaS
- Proficiency in outbound prospecting into install base and greenfield accounts
- Experience executing QBR strategies for territory penetration
- Ability to influence business and technical leaders
- Experience managing business forecasts and financial models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition with assigned iACV quota
- Lead analytical and consultative sales cycles for messaging, voice, and email solutions
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to design contracts
- Present complex technical and financial details to prospects
- Manage multiple concurrent deals and projects
- Develop long-range territory strategies and sales plans
- Act as the voice of the customer to internal product and carrier teams
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce
- Conduct approximately 30% business travel
