Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product design within dynamic, intensive environments.
- Significant experience in B2B SaaS and/or AI-infused products.
- Proven ability to use user feedback and data insights to improve products.
- Demonstrated 0-1 experience in building new products.
- Strong visual design craft and systems thinking capabilities.
- Passion for startup and entrepreneurial environments.
- Strong collaborative skills to work within multifunctional teams.
- Portfolio showcasing previous complex product design and launch examples.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for startups within the studio for 6-9 months until product-market fit is reached.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to inform design decisions.
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Establish company brand identities, style guides, and design systems.
- Design visually cohesive interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Support startup CEOs in recruiting their first full-time design hires.
- Help refine internal design playbooks, tools, and processes.
